| 1934 | - | Combined Malayalam worship service for Syrian Christians commenced at St.Mary's Anglican Church, Parel. |
| 17th Nov 1940 | - | Mar Thoma Church commenced their own service at Parel. |
| 1942 | - | Venue of service shifted to Holy Redeemer Church, Dadar and formation of First Mar Thoma Parish in Mumbai. |
| 1951 | - | Formation of Kalyan Parish. |
| 1st April 1960 | - | Formation of St Thomas Mar Thoma Parish , Santacruz. |
| 1979 | - | Three prayer groups of Santacruz Parish Kandivili, Borivili and Dahisar formed a congregation and started worship service at St. Francis Chapel, Borivili. |
| 1st Jan 1983 | - | Formation of Immanuel Mar Thoma Parish, Borivili with 57 familes which formed part Kandivili(part), Borivili and Dahisar Prayer Groups. Rev V T John took over as first Vicar. |
| 16th Jan 1983 | - | Formal Inauguration of the Parish by Rt. Rev. Dr.Joseph Mar Irenaeus, the then Diocesan Episcopa . Mira - Bhayandar prayer group joined Parish. |
| 14th Jan 1992 | - | Memorandum of Understanding signed with M/s A D Pawar Constructions for a hall admeasuring 3205 sq.ft and for two flats admeasuring 1500 sq.ft. |
| 19th Oct 1992 | - | Plan for the building with Hall got approved. |
| 22nd Oct 1992 | - | Construction commenced with a Prayer Meeting led by Rt.Rev.Dr. Geevarghese Mar Athanasius during the tenure of Vicar Rev. K Y Jacob. |
| 5th March 1994 | - | Dedication of the Church Hall by His Grace Most Rev. Dr. Alexander Mar Thoma Metropolitan. |
| 1995 | - | Identification of Bhoyachapada for Parish Mission. |
| 10th Feb 1996 | - | Occupation certificate obtained for the building. Service shifted from St. Francis Chapel to the current premises. No. of familes rose to 253. |

| 1997 | - | Formation of Immanuel Mar Thoma Welfare Society for the social and welfare Activites at neighbouring areas. |
| 9th Nov 2002 | - | Formation of St.John's Mar Thoma Parish Mira Road by carving out Mira Road and Bhayandar (part) prayer groups from this Parish and inauguration by Rt. Rev Dr. Gheevarghese Mar Theodosious. |
| 3rd July 2005 | - | Bhoyachapada Mission Prayer group recognised as Sy. Thomas Mar Thoma Congregation by Rt. Rev. Joseph Mar Barnabas, Diocesan Episcopa, the first Marathi speaking Mar Thoma Congregation. |
| 21st Jan 2007 | - | Silver Jubilee Celebrations of the Parish inaugurated at the hands of Rt.Rev. Dr. Joseph Mar Iraneous Safragon Metropolitan. |
| 13th Jan 2008 | - | Valedictory function of Silver Jubilee celebration presided by Rt Rev Joseph Mar Barnabas, Diocesan Bishop. As a part of Silver Jubiliee Celebration the Parish. - Contributed Rs 1 lakh to the Navathy Project of the Metropolitan. - Sponsored the construction of a class room for the Mission School at Shehalganj Ashram at Bhopal by contributing Rs 2 lakhs. - Sponsored the construction of a cottage at Chrysostom Ashram site, Lonavala by contributing Rs 3 lakhs. - Rennovated the Altar at a cost of Rs 2.50 lakhs. |

| 26th March 2010 | - | Acquisition of 5.17 acres of land at Pulsai village for the outreach work through Immanuel Mar Thoma Welfare Society. |
| 21st April 2010 | - | Dedication of Bhoyachapada Prayer Hall - the first one in Maharashtra for the Marathi speaking Mar Thoma Community by Rt Rev Dr. Abraham Mar Paulos. |
